Senior Associate, Operations

Weber Shandwick is seeking a highly organized Senior Associate, Operations to support the internal Business team with managing workflow for contracts, scopes, estimates, vehicle management, and vendor management. This role involves directly supporting internal Agency staff for production and influencer support, optimizing incoming and outgoing contracts, and processing purchase orders and invoices. The position requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in spreadsheet programs to track budgets and vehicle fleets for influencer and production partners.
