About this role
The Senior Associate, Project Manager supports delivery and governance of Fortitude Re’s strategic initiatives by supporting or managing projects and driving PMO process excellence. The role coordinates across business and IT functions to ensure projects are executed with consistency, quality, and transparency. It also contributes to PMO methodology adoption, tool configuration, analytics, and change enablement to improve portfolio health and adoption of new processes.
