The Senior Associate, Real Estate Operations supports Ares Real Estate’s Global and Regional COOs in driving operational excellence and execution across the platform. This role provides high-leverage support for strategic initiatives, business planning, and digital transformation while collaborating with centralized corporate functions. The position requires strong analytical, modeling, and presentation skills to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

Support Global and Regional COOs in executing high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-segment projects
Analyze complex Excel models to support budgeting, reforecasting, expense tracking, and business performance monitoring
Develop executive-ready presentations and standardize business review materials to drive operational excellence
