Senior Associate

The Senior Associate role within the Sales Compensation team at LSEG is responsible for managing accurate and timely incentive compensation payments for sales payees under the Global Compensation Plan. This position involves supporting sales quota and transaction data uploads, adjustment processing, ICM administration, and variable compensation payment submissions while ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. The role also includes providing support to central Capability and Reporting teams and driving process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
