Senior Associate

Clayton Utz is seeking a Senior Associate to join its high-performing Energy & Resources practice in Melbourne, working with Partner Susan Taylor on complex regulatory and commercial matters related to the renewable energy transformation. The role involves advising market-recognised clients on energy regulatory frameworks and undertaking commercial work such as drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements. The successful candidate will have exposure to a diverse mix of Australian clients and will be comfortable mentoring junior lawyers and project managing matters.
