Senior Associate

American Federal Bank is seeking a self-motivated Senior Associate to join its Fargo South Office as part of the Sales Office support and service team. This full-time role supports Ag/Business bankers and clients in the origination, processing, and administration of consumer and business relationships while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance. The position involves assisting with loan origination, closing, and monitoring, as well as providing administrative support and customer service for deposit and loan products. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years in a financial or retail customer service environment.
