The Fork
Senior Backend Engineer on the Journey Enablers team at TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, focused on building transversal non-functional capabilities consumed across product tribes. The role sits within a core engineering tribe supporting the restaurant booking platform operating across multiple European countries and contributes to the platform’s technical excellence and long-term scalability.
TheFork is an online restaurant discovery and reservation marketplace that lets diners search, read reviews, view menus and book tables in real time across multiple European and international markets. For consumers it highlights availability, special offers and loyalty rewards; for restaurants it provides a bookings and table-management platform with analytics and marketing tools to boost covers and revenue. Operating under local brands (e.g., LaFourchette/ElTenedor) and part of the Tripadvisor family, TheFork connects millions of diners with thousands of restaurants.
