Senior Bargaining Coordinator

The Senior Bargaining Coordinator supports local unions' collective bargaining efforts and contract campaigns, leading larger negotiations and providing training to union leaders. The role develops strategies, training programs, and leadership initiatives to enhance bargaining capacity and integrates racial justice principles into union work. Frequent travel and collaboration with a wide range of SEIU staff and local leaders are required.
