Senior Benefit Advocate

The Senior Benefit Advocate ensures client benefit intent is accurately translated from sold plan documents into Crystal-generated Plan Information Forms and downstream Diamond configuration. This role combines benefit expertise, quality review, consulting, and independent problem-solving across new business, renewals, upsells, and midyear plan changes. The position supports Cigna Global Health Benefits by reviewing client plan information, validating benefit accuracy and compliance, and resolving issues to protect the client and customer experience.
