The Senior Benefits Partner is a strategic, hands-on HR role responsible for designing, administering, and optimizing employee benefits and leave programs across the US, Canada, and Mexico while leading global immigration and mobility processes. The role serves as a subject-matter expert to employees, managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance, scalability, and an excellent employee experience. This position is remote (with specific geographic exclusions) and supports a growing global workforce. It reports into People/HR functions and contributes to policy, process, and program development.
