About this role

The Senior Benefits Specialist is based in the Bangalore office and reports to the Global Benefits Manager as part of the Global HR team supporting the APAC region. The role acts as a regional contact for benefits across multiple jurisdictions and contributes to global initiatives and transformation projects. The position requires someone able to manage competing priorities, collaborate across HR, Payroll, Legal and HRIS partners, and support compliance and audit readiness.
