The Senior Benefits Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for the administration, compliance, optimization, and delivery of employee benefits, leave management, and retirement programs. This role serves as a trusted subject matter expert and primary resource for employees, managers, vendors, and internal partners regarding benefits-related matters. The position also serves as a payroll backup for a multi-state workforce and plays an active role in process improvement initiatives, vendor management, compliance activities, and continuous enhancement of the employee experience.
