About this role

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer supports the Data & Analytics team at Extendicare by leading complex SQL development and optimizing enterprise data models. This role involves designing advanced Power BI dashboards, performing in-depth data analysis, and building automated solutions using Python and Microsoft Fabric. The position requires partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that influence organizational decision-making within a mature BI environment.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of complex SQL queries and data models
Design and enhance enterprise Power BI dashboards and semantic models
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify business trends and anomalies
Build reusable reporting templates and scalable BI frameworks
