Senior BIM Role

This role involves establishing and leading the BIM function for a new multidisciplinary MEP consultancy office in Belfast, setting initial standards, workflows, and coordination processes from the ground up. The position requires taking ownership of BIM coordination and modelling across the project pipeline while collaborating with mechanical and electrical design leads. It offers the opportunity to build digital processes rather than maintain existing systems, with direct access to wider practice standards across the UK.
