We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close process. This contract position reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records in QuickBooks Online, managing credit card activity through Ramp, and reviewing customer invoicing and payments from HubSpot. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, understands accrual-based accounting, and can identify and resolve discrepancies independently.
