About this role
A Senior Building Services Engineer to provide engineering expertise and project management support for an Urban Renewal Authority Design & Build contract covering a Joint-user Complex and Public Open Space. The role focuses on leading building services design and compliance activities, coordinating with the Project Manager-In-Charge and Supervising Officer, and ensuring delivery of high-quality project outcomes on time. The position is embedded within the Technical Services Consultant team to oversee D&B contractor deliverables and approvals.
