About this role
The Commercial Fraud Strategy team protects Capital One’s Commercial Banking clients by developing strategies, tools, and technologies to balance customer experience with fraud risk and losses. The Senior Business Analyst supports that mission by applying strategic and analytical insight to detect and prevent commercial fraud while partnering across product, technology, risk, and operations. The role contributes to strategy development, analytics-driven decision making, and implementation monitoring within the Commercial Banking organization.
