About this role
M&G’s Business Solutions role within COO Operations Change provides analysis, design and implementation capability for product launches and related change across front, middle and back-office. The role translates high-level operating model requirements into detailed designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant and operationally ready through the product lifecycle. This is a 12-month fixed-term position reporting to a Business Solutions Design Lead.
