As a Senior Business Analyst at Risepoint, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance the Student Success Center technology by translating complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of high-impact system enhancements to better support university partners and student outcomes.
