Senior Business Analyst

Analytica is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements leadership and business/technical analysis for a large, enterprise public-facing system serving millions of people in the US. This technical role bridges client business owners and DevSecOps delivery teams to translate complex identity, scheduling, and biometrics mission needs into actionable user stories and validated solutions aligned to Agile ceremonies and USCIS standards. The position requires strong experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements while supporting user acceptance testing and collaborating with various technical leads.
