About this role

The Senior Business Development Manager serves as the Capture lead within KBR’s business development organization, focusing on winning new business across the Air Force Program’s portfolio and Intelligence Community markets. The role involves leading large, prime, full and open opportunities, developing capture strategies, and managing the full business development lifecycle. This position requires extensive experience with USAF and Intelligence Community clients and an active TS/SCI clearance.
