About this role
The Senior Campaign Strategist, Trans Justice is a full-time, three-year term-limited position in the National Political Advocacy Department responsible for developing and executing the ACLU’s national campaign plan for Trans Justice. Based in Washington, D.C., this hybrid role partners across the organization and with affiliates to advance civil rights and civil liberties through legislative, administrative, and electoral levers. The position represents the department externally, coordinates staff in a matrix structure, and supports strategic partnerships to expand the ACLU’s influence.
