Senior Capital Improvements Project Manager

The Senior Capital Improvements Project Manager plans and delivers capital projects from initial assessment through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout. This role coordinates internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, permits, and risks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals. The selected individual will oversee a multi-million-dollar portfolio of capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and strictly in compliance with established budgets, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
