Senior Capital Projects Leader

This role leads the execution of large-scale capital projects exceeding $30MM for chemical manufacturing facilities and strategic expansions across North American operations. The position requires full ownership of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and operational handoff. The leader will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with process safety management requirements.
