Senior Care Co‑Ordinator

The Senior Care Co‑Ordinator will lead a team of Senior Key Workers and support workers in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours at the Bryson Court supported living service. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff rotas and performance, ensuring care plans and weekly planners are up to date, and liaising with external professionals and families.
