Senior Case Manager/Assistant Program Director, Bronx Supportive Apartment (BSA)

This role provides case coordination and direct service while assisting the Program Director with the overall operations and delivery of community rehabilitation services for the Bronx Supportive Apartment program. The position involves conducting home visits, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and NYS OMH regulations. The incumbent also oversees apartment maintenance, serves as a Qualified Mental Health Staff Person, and acts as supervisor on duty in the director's absence.
