Senior Category Manager

The Senior Category Manager leads Carrier's centralized $200M+ categories spend within the CSA Supply Chain organization, reporting to the Director for Motors, Plastics, Fans & Blowers Sourcing Leader. This role is responsible for providing sustained competitive advantage in product cost, quality, and production flexibility across Carrier's NA footprint by developing and implementing best-in-class sourcing strategies. The position plays a key role in driving transformation within the supply chain organization to deliver significant savings, increase productivity, and manage inflation or deflation.
