Senior Certification Engineer

Gradian is seeking a Senior Certification Engineer to lead product certification and regulatory compliance strategy across its liquid cooling, air handling, and chiller product lines. The role involves owning certification planning from concept through sustaining engineering, translating regulatory requirements into design inputs, and coordinating testing and agency submissions. This position partners with internal teams, suppliers, and certification bodies to secure market access while reducing certification risk, cost, and schedule impact.
