About this role
Senior Change Lead for Flutter Studios responsible for shaping and delivering change management strategies across multi-location transformation initiatives. Acts as the focal point between business stakeholders and studio leadership to enable adoption, align initiatives, and support delivery of the studio’s strategic objectives. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment and operates on a hybrid working pattern across Leeds, London, and Dublin.
