Senior Change Management Specialist - AI Program

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of its enterprise-wide AI program, helping people and leaders prepare for, adopt, and embed new technologies and ways of working. The role involves establishing a fit-for-purpose change management approach, assessing organisational impacts, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating communication and readiness activities across the Digital Portfolio. This position plays a key role in supporting the adoption of AI and emerging technology across Australia’s national science agency.
