The Senior Childhood TB and Drug-Resistant TB Advisor is a short-term consultant embedded through the LEAP Global mechanism to provide strategic technical support to national and subnational TB programs. The role supports strengthening early diagnosis, prompt treatment initiation, and effective management of childhood TB and DR-TB, aligned with national strategic plans and U.S. Department of State priorities. The advisor will work closely with government TB units, donors, and implementing partners to improve diagnostic networks, clinical mentorship, program coordination, and reporting.
