5–10+ years of hands-on experience with circuit breakers and switchgear (480V–25kV+)Strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of power distribution equipmentExperience with breaker rebuilds, retrofits, and testing proceduresProficiency using testing equipment such as Megger, Hi-Pot, Multimeter, Primary/secondary injection, Relay test setsAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-lines
