The Senior Civil Design Engineer serves as the team's civil design lead, owning the most complex facility and infrastructure work while providing the senior technical voice on civil-structural design, analysis, and construction decisions. This role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of buildings, foundations, and site infrastructure that house test hardware and operational equipment. The position requires collaborating with end users, geotechnical partners, and construction contractors to deliver robust technical solutions for the program's operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of complex buildings, foundations, and site infrastructure
Serve as internal design authority setting technical direction and defending design decisions
Coordinate with external firms and contractors to ensure design is built as intended
