Senior Civil Engineer

TerraFirma is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to own civil design decisions end-to-end, stamp and sign off on drawings, and drive value engineering to build infrastructure faster, cheaper, and safer. The role involves translating design intent into execution plans for automated equipment, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating directly with customers to resolve design challenges and optimize project scope. This position requires a licensed PE with extensive experience in earthwork design and a passion for redefining traditional civil engineering processes.
