In this multi-faceted role, you will perform diversified and complex clerical duties while providing vital backup support to senior clerk referral coordinators, which includes processing specialized referrals, managing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) authorizations, and coordinating contractual patient transportation. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, independent problem-solver capable of managing daily co-payment reconciliations for 20 Patient Service Representatives (PSRs), resolving insurance plan issues, and professionally handling call center escalations with standard-setting communication skills and absolute efficiency.
