About this role

The Client Success & Sales Support Analyst at Included Health owns and centralizes the client security review process across the organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for all security questionnaires and security-related sales inquiries, managing requests from intake through delivery. It sits within the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team and closely partners with Security, Engineering, IT, Legal, Sales, and Client Success. The position also supports third-party risk management and helps build and maintain a centralized trust center for security documentation.
