The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr CRA) is a key member of Alira Health's clinical team responsible for conducting site monitoring activities and ensuring compliance and data quality across clinical trials. The role provides oversight, leadership, and guidance to CRA team members while collaborating with project managers, study leads, and cross-functional stakeholders. The Sr CRA operates independently to support study start-up, site training, monitoring (remote and onsite), and regulatory compliance.
