About this role

ICON is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee and manage Phase II–IV clinical trials within their Biotech division in Paris, Lyon, or remotely. The role involves ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards, conducting site visits, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across various therapeutic areas including Oncology. This position requires residency in the specified regions and offers a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Independently monitor Phase II–IV clinical trials for regulatory compliance
Conduct site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits
Manage study documentation and ethics approvals
Ensure data accuracy and participant safety throughout the study lifecycle
Provide training and guidance to site staff and CRAs
