Senior Clinical Research Associate

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Novartis, you will manage site relationships and conduct on-site and remote monitoring for Phase I–IV clinical trials to ensure compliance and data quality. Serving as a key point of contact for investigational sites, you will proactively manage recruitment, performance, and risk resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sustainable trial execution. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel and often involves acting as a subject matter expert for complex or less experienced sites.
