Senior Clinical Risk Manager

The Senior Clinical Risk Manager serves as a resource to staff to enhance patient safety, promote quality of care, and minimize loss to protect the facility's assets. This role supports the Risk Management staff by reviewing data, conducting Root Cause Analysis, and ensuring compliance with standards from The Joint Commission and the New York State Department of Health. The position also involves orienting, training, and mentoring new staff while participating in the development of educational plans for the department.
