Senior Clinical Social Worker

The Senior Clinical Social Worker provides advanced clinical care, program leadership, and strategic oversight for the Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Program at Mass General Brigham for Children. The role delivers comprehensive psychosocial assessments, evidence‑based interventions, crisis management, and ongoing support to patients up to age 22 and their families throughout the cancer care continuum. In addition to managing an independent caseload, the Social Worker leads development, implementation, and evaluation of survivorship, bereavement, and family support programs and serves as the psychosocial leader for the pediatric oncology team.
