Senior Clinical Trainer

The Senior Clinical Trainer supports the professional development and clinical readiness of team members across Chiro One Wellness Centers by delivering consistent, high-quality training to new and existing employees. This role facilitates hands-on instruction, evaluates skill development, and reinforces clinical standards, operational best practices, and patient-centered care. The position is based in Oak Brook, IL, with occasional travel to clinic locations and regional markets as needed.
