Senior Clinician

The Senior Clinician oversees and implements therapeutic and clinical care, providing psychotherapy to patients across all levels of care. This role serves as a clinical resource for therapy services through staff training, curriculum development, professional supervision, and operational leadership support. The position ensures program consistency, staff development, and excellence in patient care while acting as a point person for the Clinical Director when absent.
