Senior Closer, GSE

The Senior Closer, GSE manages and executes complex multifamily mortgage loan transactions through all phases of the closing lifecycle, including onboarding, commitment issuance, rate lock, closing, funding, delivery, and purchase/settlement. This role serves as the primary coordinator for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions. The position requires proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and exceptional client service while maintaining adherence to agency requirements.
