Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk
Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs and hardware failures
Manage 24/7 on-call rotations for critical system issues
Collaborate with SRE and storage teams on root cause analysis
Develop onboarding materials and standard operating procedures
