The Senior Construction Manager serves as the on-site representative for Overwatch Mission Critical, overseeing project execution from pre-construction through final handover. This role focuses on observation, reporting, and risk escalation to support the team and design partners in making timely decisions. The position requires tracking budgets, schedules, and technical systems while providing transparent updates on project health. Candidates must have 5-7 years of construction experience and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced data center environment.
We Are Overwatch is a workforce and operations company that builds, commissions, staffs, and operates the data‑center infrastructure that underpins AI, cloud platforms, and digital connectivity.
