Configure CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules to ensure data accuracy
Implement integrations with discovery tools and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Build automated data ingestion and normalization processes for infrastructure visibility
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align CMDB architecture with CSDM standards
