The Senior CMF Quality Engineer will partner with CMF Design, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure color, material, and finish directions are executed consistently from concept through mass production. This role involves setting up quality systems at suppliers, developing measurement methods for surface treatments, and maintaining master standards to guarantee aesthetic and quality consistency. The position requires close collaboration with designers and engineers to align on targets, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across a global supply chain.

Responsibilities

Partner with CMF Design team to translate color and finish direction into manufacturable production processes
Develop and implement quality systems and control plans for surface treatments like PVD and anodization
Lead build readiness reviews and analyze data to establish cosmetic and finish specification limits
