(Senior) Coffee Trainer (m/f/d)

The (Senior) Coffee Trainer at LAP is responsible for enhancing the barista skills and coffee quality across multiple locations in Germany. This role involves delivering both online and in-person training sessions, designing engaging educational materials, and conducting quality checks to ensure consistency in coffee standards. Additionally, the Trainer will mentor staff, assess performance, and incorporate industry trends into the training curriculum while collaborating closely with the Learning & Development team. A minimum of five years of barista experience, including training leadership, is required, alongside strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of specialty coffee.
