Senior Collections Analyst

A Senior Collections Analyst at Stryker’s Costa Rica Shared Service Center manages complex accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely payment, accurate reconciliations, and proper maintenance of customer accounts. The role supports dispute logging and resolution, escalations, and compliance with internal controls while collaborating with internal partners and other Invoice-to-Cash teams. It is a hybrid position focused on supporting month-end activities and maintaining accurate financial records.
